The rare craft of decoding children's struggles
Over the past 15 years Sonya Mosimann and her team have trained more than 850 practitioners across Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Luxembourg.
They work with children every day using this framework — in schools, practices, and private settings.
What they share is a simple but powerful ability:
They can sit with a struggling child, uncover what’s actually driving the problem, and resolve it.
Is this for you?
Over the years we’ve noticed that the women who become exceptional at this craft tend to share a few things in common.
They have lived a storied life.
And have a quiet self-confidence because of it.
They have carried responsibility. Often more than their share.
When something needed doing, they stepped forward.
They’re emotionally grounded.
They trust their own judgment.
They’re comfortable with children.
When things get chaotic, they stay calm.
When something doesn’t make sense, they don’t panic. They look closer.
They’re willing to try, fail, and figure things out.
And they understand that mastering any craft takes time.
Internally we sometimes say:
“This is for queens, not princesses.”
Queens, of course, have options.
Any room would be fortunate to have them.
For the right woman however, our room is unlike anything else she’ll find.
Let’s start a conversation

No games, no gimmicks.
Just a chance for us to get to know you.
2026 and beyond
We’re opening the next chapter of our story in English.
Our next step is a small number of multi-day immersions where participants experience and learn our craft directly with Sonya and each other.
We’re currently exploring possible hubs including Singapore, Sydney and the United States.
The right place matters less than the right group of people in the room.
If you haven’t already done so, before reaching out, we suggest reading a few of the stories in this publication.
They show what this craft actually looks like in practice.
